The American Association of Cosmetology Schools announced the dates and location for this year’s CEA (Career Educators Alliance) Conference. It will be held July 16th – 18th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
CEA is an amazing conference for educators from the beauty and wellness industry. Classes are provided that focus on teaching methods, motivation, the use of technology in the classroom, and so much more. Industry vendors also attend so you can talk with companies about all of your needs from educational materials to tools and equipment to software and product. Then, there is my favorite part of CEA, the networking opportunities. Educators from all over the country attend and you have multiple opportunities to network with them and find out what brilliant things they are trying out in their classrooms. For more information about CEA, go to http://beautyschools.org/cea/about-cea/
If you have never had a chance to attend CEA, make it a goal to attend this year’s conference. I promise you won’t regret it!
