We should be ambassadors for our school. Be a cheerleader and brag about what you are doing in your institution. Take every opportunity to talk about the student’s achievements and the positive educational environment found in your school.
There are four major factors that influence the public’s attitude about business.
- Services and products offered by the business
- Ability of the staff (instructors) and in our case, the students, ability to deliver the services and products offered
- Prices charged for products or services
- Believability of the marketing used to promote the business
Our ability to meet the needs of the public, along with our ability to teach students to meet the needs of the public is going to play a large role in our public perception.
Although the student is our primary customer, the public customer is just as important. The customer allows students to develop and fine-tune their skills.
It all comes down to outrageous customer service. It is all about our ability to deliver customer service and more importantly teach students how to deliver that service.
